Big shuttles

I emptied a shuttle the other day. Needless to say, it was a very big shuttle, compared to my Aeros, anyway. In fact, it was a shuttle I had gotten from Nina Libin, designed for tatting with beads. It works great on those big projects and is more comfortable for me than the Tatsy style.

I so miss having a hook, though. Does anyone make an oversized shuttle with a hook? (It's got to be a hook, not a point!)

One of these days, I'll show you the original project that led to this "leftover". Am I being a terrible tease, or did I forget where I put it for safe keeping? I'm not telling....

  1. If you want an oversized shuttle with a hook perhaps 'im in the garage' can make you one? If you'd like to send me the measurements I'll ask him!!!!!

  2. Cool photo. I'd love to find a larger shuttle with a hook. It would be so useful :)

  4. I forgot to say this a bracelet. My bracelet clasps are buried somewhere in the crafty closet, and I haven't had a good stir to look for them yet.

I will get Jane to ask about the larger shuttle, as "im in the garage" has had a very busy week!

  8. A bracelet, excellent. I bet it will feel really nice when worn. I have tried with the beads but I found it quite difficult tough I have another pattern in mind to try in the future.
