Hi friends, I've been ignoring my blog again, because of course I have. I've been busy though, really I have. IOLI has come and gone and Palmetto Tat Days is coming up real soon now. I am really looking forward to that.
Besides class prep, I've been working on a book, actually 2 books. This one, Blocks & Buttons, will be available very soon now, and I will definitely have copies at Palmetto. All of the projects inside combine buttons and block tatting. It includes patterns taught at IOLI plus more. Here are some examples:
The other book, with new patterns using techniques introduced in the 1800's is still in progress, but coming along well. Watch this space!
