Some folks have reported having trouble understanding the directions for my crocheted polar bear from 2008. I've gone back to the original post and added some text and pictures for working the legs. Hope this helps!

Isdihara, it depends on why you had previously forsworn amigurumi. Except for the ears, I think it's all single crochet, with increases and decreases for shaping. And then sewing all the pieces together, which is my least favorite part.
