It took me nine tries to get this one right. Since I knew this would be the last one (no matter what), I worked it in size 100 thread just to see if I could. I went to bed that night (er, um, morning) a tired, but happy, tatter.
exquisite! I collect tea pots. This was well worth the "try, try, again" Thank you for sharing. Can hardly wait for the book! LOL I 'dibs' on first copy; autographed of course. hugs, Bev

Exquisite, Martha!
ReplyDeleteI think the oval shape of the Maltese ring center makes the pot look nice and plump.

What a beautiful little teapot! Are you sure it's the last one? I can picture it in Dresden blue and white, or maybe your favorite HDT!
ReplyDeleteIt may have taken 9 tries but it was worth it the teapot is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOh, Martha! This is beautiful! No wonder you are so pleased with it. A pattern available one day? I just love your designs.
ReplyDeleteHi Martha
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little teapot. How do you come up with all these designs

Hi Marth:
ReplyDeleteCute little teapot. How do you come up with these designs.

So pretty and dainty. LOVE size 100 or smaller thread. And I like your picot use. So many patterns are void of picots and I miss that. GOOD JOB!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant - I'll be round for a cuppa later!! I just knew you'd get there in the end.
ReplyDeleteJane
What a marvelous design! You've really outdone yourselk this time. It is a darling teapot.
ReplyDeleteAny chance you'll share the instructions?
Lovely Maltese Teapot!!! It looks so dainty with all the frilly picots.
ReplyDeleteI love this! I collect tatted teapots as much as the regular ones. Is this your pattern?
ReplyDelete:-) Gina
I love this teapot. It is really cute! What a lot of work you put into it! 9 tries!!! Well it paid off because it's just adorable.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty Martha. Has Gina seen it? Is that for a new book?
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely Martha, well worth nine tries. Size 100 thread...wow. How big is it??
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice little tea pot you have! And in size 100 thread, WOW! Beautiful
